  • SudaCare Shower Soothers comes in a 3 or 7 pack. I bought the three pack just to try them. They are individually wrapped and are about an inch and a half in diameter. They are made with baking soda and citric acid so they fizz and dissolve when they get wet. Once wet you cannot stop it, there is no saving it for later.

I am writing in regards to your Sudacare Shower Soothers. When I first saw the advirtisements, I thought this was a great idea, as when I am feeling under the weather and congested there is nothing I like more than getting under a nice hot shower. I purchased a three pack and have not had an opportunity to use them until a week and a half ago.

I was a little disappointed. I felt as if the soothing vapors were just not strong enough. I could barely smell anything, and maybe that was because I was every bit as congested at the end of the shower as I was at the beginning. To be fair, I waited until my cold had gone away and I was no longer as congested as I was, and tried them again, I still could barely smell anything and was no less congested by the end of the shower when the disc was completely dissolved than I was when I entered the shower. I think there should be more vapors released when using to really be considered "soothing", perhaps you could come up with an "Extra strength".

  • As a sufferer of chronic sinus issues, I immediately fell in love with SudaCare Shower Soothers Vaporizing Shower Tablets when they hit the stores a few years ago. Just drop one on the floor of your shower and they’d release a nice minty eucalyptus aroma that would open up my sinuses in no time. Alas, they’re no longer on the market. to the rescue! (Or so I hoped.)

I believe someone previously recommended to me “those thingies that dissolve in the shower and create vapor” when I had a cold. They just ran a commercial for them–Sudacare Shower Soothers. They look like urinal cakes; which, I suppose, may indeed scare the snot right out of you. However, I think I’ll pass.
